Audax announces thought leadership involvement with Standard & Poor's - and joins the EDS Global Partner Solutions Programme

Standard & Poor's Society of Industry Leaders appoints Audax MD David Warrilow as a member.

April 18th 2006. Audax, a leader in global logistics software and consulting, is delighted to announce that Managing Director David Warrilow has accepted an invitation from Standard & Poor's (S&P) to become a member of its Society of Industry Leaders. S&P is the world's foremost provider of independent credit ratings, indices, risk evaluation, investment research, data, and valuations.

The Society of Industry Leaders is a network of industry professionals, a community of thought leaders - and a knowledge conduit for S&P's research activities. It provides (i) networking opportunities with other industry professionals (ii) knowledge and insight sharing with institutional money managers who care what Industry Leaders think (iii) speaking and presentation opportunities at events such as conferences and seminars organised by S&P's Vista Research.

"Joining the society is a further step for Audax in realising its global ambitions in thought leadership and knowledge sharing," says Martin Petzold, Audax Marketing Director. "We're very much looking forward to David participating in a programme that will further our aims while helping S&P gain a deeper understanding of global logistics."

Another step in Audax's global ambitions - the company's FCS software is already used by major corporates in three continents, via DHL - has been made with the appointment of Audax to the EDS Global Partner Solutions (GPS) Programme.

The GPS Programme offers an opportunity for EDS business units to source cutting edge solutions to their global customer base.
